Global ambition, realised in the UAE

The world’s most competitive economies are being redrawn around access, resilience and speed. At the centre of that shift stands the UAE: a market built for growth, connection and regional scale.

Business Scale-Up UAE connects selected business leaders, investors and founders with the institutions, partners and market insight needed to turn opportunity into real presence.

A global, invitation-only initiative led by AlNser Holding. The Oslo Edition is convened with the support of the UAE Embassy in Norway.

The Initiative

A global initiative, not a single event

Business Scale-Up UAE is a global programme of invitation-only executive convenings designed for companies and investors considering the UAE as a platform for growth.

Each edition brings together a select group of chief executives, founders and investors for direct conversations with the people and institutions that matter: market operators, strategic partners, financial institutions, government-facing stakeholders and sector leaders.

The initiative is not designed as a conference or a one-off networking event. It is a curated entry point into the UAE business landscape, giving invited companies the context, relationships and perspective needed to understand the market clearly and explore how to build a real presence over time.

Each edition is convened in a major international business capital. Where a UAE diplomatic mission lends its support, the edition is organised with that support, as is the case for the Paris Edition with the UAE Embassy in Norway.

The global roadmap

Launching across Europe in October 2026, with editions convened through 2027 across Asia and the Americas, each hosted in partnership with the UAE Embassy in its market.

Who Convenes This, and Why

A business built to last

Business Scale-Up UAE is led by AlNser Holding, a diversified Abu Dhabi group and a genuine success story of this region.

For more than five decades, the group has built, operated and grown through changing market cycles and periods of regional turmoil. That endurance is the point: it reflects the resilience, trust and long-term presence that define businesses built to last in the UAE.

It is also the source of a deep, trusted network across government, regulators, financial institutions and industry that cannot be bought or replicated quickly.

Why we built this

We created this initiative for a simple reason: the UAE is the ideal place to scale a business, and too few of the world’s best companies have a clear, trusted path to do it.

This is not a government programme, and it is not a consultancy. It is one established operator putting decades of relationships to work for ambitious companies ready to build here.

Leadership & experience

The initiative is led by people who helped build the very market they now help others understand.

Its leadership brings together senior experience from both sides of the UAE’s growth story: shaping the country’s investment and trade agenda from within government, and building businesses across its key sectors.

That combination gives Business Scale-Up UAE the perspective to help companies understand where the market is going, which relationships matter, and what it takes to move from interest to presence.

Why the UAE, and Why Now

Serious companies no longer ask whether the UAE is an opportunity. They ask how to act on it before it becomes obvious to everyone else. The case is measurable, and it is moving quickly.
