Who we are
Business Scale-Up UAE is an initiative by AlNser Holding. Personal information collected through this website is controlled by Scale-Up Global Consultancy L.L.C – S.P.C, an AlNser Holding company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us about your information at info@scaleupuae.com.
What we collect
The information you give us when you register your interest: your name, job title, company, business email, mobile number, company website, country, LinkedIn profile, the description of your company and its expansion plans, and any company profile you upload. We also record the date and time of your registration and the consent choices you make.
Why we use it
To assess whether your company is suited to the edition you have selected to contact you about it, and to organise the edition if you are invited. If you tick the second box on the form, we also use your contact details to tell you about future editions. We rely on your consent, and on the steps you ask us to take before participating.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Lists of registered companies and participants are not shared with the programme’s partners. We pass your details to the partner only where you have asked to be connected to that partner, and only for that purpose. Service providers who help us run the website and the editions process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is held
Your information is processed in the United Arab Emirates. Where it is transferred from the European Union, we apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
For twenty-four months after the edition you registered for, after which it is deleted, unless you participated in the programme or asked to hear about future editions, in which case we keep it until you ask us to stop.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to its use, or to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@scaleupuae.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdraw it. If you are in the European Union, you many also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
